Video Highlights from the 2017 IDS

The International Dental Show (IDS) is the largest dental exhibition in the world. Every two years, over 150,000 folks flock to Cologne, Germany to see the latest and greatest in dental materials and technology. This year, I was joined by Dr. Pamela Maragliano-Muniz and Zac Kulsrud, two of my co-workers from the Dental Economics family. Here are some highlights that we captured on film. The mention of more than 150,000 people travelling to Cologne for the International Dental Show really puts the scale of the event into perspective. I also found it interesting that the highlights were captured together with colleagues from the Dental Economics family, since seeing different people react to new materials and technology can make an industry event feel much more personal. It makes me wonder which developments shown at the 2017 IDS ended up having the biggest impact on everyday dental practice in the years that followed.
